Maytown Foods, LLC, a certified Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, was founded by Shan Columbus in June 2020.

 

Shan was born and raised with savory foods in the southwest of China. Years of international business experience allowed her to try delicious foods worldwide. Since she moved to the U.S.A. with her son Andy and more than 20 cooking books, she has never stopped pursuing an opportunity to start a food business to share good tastes with the world.

 

Maytown Foods focuses on the connections and dynamic changes of food between cultures and generations. It serves taste experience and nutrition needs. The company’s introductory products are two gourmet quality seasonings, Jump Chili Classic and Jump Chili Cuisine.
